Yins​ana​

This class is a great way to begin your week! In this class we combine Yin yoga and gentle asana. The yin poses are held for several minutes to allow the body time to open gently, then we move into a gentle flow and end with more Yin poses.

7:30 - 8:​30 am

Flow

This class will have a gentle warm up. We will tend to all the parts of the body and then move into some vinyasa and warrior series, ending in blissful hip openers.


9:00 - 10:00​am

Wednesday

9:00-10:00​ am    

Classical

In this class we warm the body before coming to standing. The pace is slower offering time to build poses from the ground up. Clear, detailed instruction on alignment and body awareness are offered.

Vigorous​

Ok, for those that want to move, this one might be for you! It's early so we will warm first then vinyasa with a few challenges thrown in. I encourage you to listen to your body and go at your own pace.

Gentle Flow

This class is as it sounds. We will not set the world on fire. We will simply get the body moving. Not too fast, not too slow.

  In Person Classes

I am looking forward to offering small in person classes of up to three people. I have a beautiful studio that sits in my back yard among the pines. It is a serene space dedicated to yoga and Reiki.
